It's a fun skill-action-brain eating game. What more could you ask for? It has it all. Helpless humans running around, alien headcrabs, blood and gore, this game has just the right mix of everything to keep all the crazies out there happy.
Timing is key to success in this. Timing when you launch and then timing when you leap from one head unto another. Miss a head, fall to the ground, and you die. So try not to miss, get as many human brains a possible - this will give you more money to upgrade yourself.
